World Monuments Fund releases great monuments facing extinction

I am sure you recognize that the great monument that could extinction is released by World Monuments Fund every 2 year. The list below is the most gloomy monument they found – amongst many other sites around the globe two of them are the most visited by tourist . The Sagrada Familia – claims the description – reaches high risk from your fresh highspeed rail link. A part of tunnel will pass just a few metres under the foundations of Gaudi’s towering masterpiece and also the vibrations would threaten to obliterate the cathedral. The tragedy of the damage to the cathedral could be compounded by the truth that it hasn’t even been finished yet!
